DAA Youth Team in Japan
DAA had the incredible opportunity to take our youth team to Tokyo, Japan, to compete in the 2025 Nippon Darts Festival — one of Japan’s largest and most prestigious Dartslive tournaments. This international event brought together players from around the world, creating an unforgettable environment filled with energy, passion, and sportsmanship.
Representing DAA Team Canada, Kallie, Christian, Fitz, Karissa, and Matthew proudly competed in multiple categories, including U12 Doubles, U18 Doubles, and U22 Singles. Each match challenged them to push their limits, adapt to new play styles, and perform under pressure — valuable lessons that go far beyond the scoreboard.
While our youth team didn’t come home with any tournament victories, they returned with something far greater: experience, confidence, and a renewed sense of determination. The trip gave them a chance to connect with players from different countries, experience Japan’s vibrant darts culture, and build friendships that transcend borders.
At DAA, we believe opportunities like this are at the heart of what youth development is all about — helping young players grow not only as athletes but also as individuals. We’re proud of our team’s effort, sportsmanship, and spirit, and we can’t wait to see where their journey takes them next.
